Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- While the chicken grills, sauté broccoli in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, mix heavy cream with any remaining marinade from step two and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve it over sautéed broccoli, drizzled with creamy garlic sauce.
