Ingredients
- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in lemon juice, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle half of the marinade over the salmon.
- Grill the fish skin-side down for about 6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Baste with remaining marinade while grilling for added flavor.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and extra lemon slices.
