- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté seasoned chicken breasts until browned and cooked through. Slice into pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir until creamy.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with chicken and Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
