Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and coat them with half the marinade. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork. Brush with remaining marinade during the last five minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let rest briefly before serving.
