- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup hot honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add milk until just combined.
- Roll the dough out to about an inch thick; cut biscuits using a round cutter.
- Bake biscuits for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice each biscuit in half, layer with chicken slices, drizzle with hot honey, and serve.
