- 1 large baguette
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- Generously spread the garlic butter over both halves.
- Pile shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
