- 1 crusty baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, mozzarella, and parsley; mix well.
- Generously spread the mixture on each half of the baguette.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with extra parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
