- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 60% cacao)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until firm. Cool slightly.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries, then pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for another 25-30 minutes until set but slightly gooey in the center. Allow to cool before slicing.
