  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 60% cacao)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until firm. Cool slightly.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in fresh raspberries, then pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  6. Bake for another 25-30 minutes until set but slightly gooey in the center. Allow to cool before slicing.
