- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)

- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 large egg (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until well combined. Stir in cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift together flour and salt separately, then gently fold into the brownie batter until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Spread half the brownie batter into the pan. Dollop cheesecake mixture on top and swirl in sliced strawberries. Pour remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer and swirl gently.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
