- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border.
- Layer mozzarella slices first, then sprinkle Gorgonzola, followed by Parmesan and dollops of ricotta.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow cooling for a minute before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
