Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until well mixed.
  4. Gently fold in crumbled animal cookies. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool in the oven to prevent cracking.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and whole animal cookies.
