- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup melted butter
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and flour until crumbly; press half into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the base, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Crumble the remaining flour mixture over the filling and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares; dust with powdered sugar if desired.
