Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the strawberry cheesecake layer over the baked crust and return it to the oven for an additional 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares; serve chilled or at room temperature.
