Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together apple cider, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; mix well.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Using a piping bag or zip-top bag, fill each donut cavity halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and springy to the touch.
- Cool slightly before coating in cinnamon-sugar; place on a wire rack to cool completely.
