Instructions

- Rinse and dry the zucchinis thoroughly. Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch) using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer.
- Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until crispy but not burnt.
- Let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
