  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash ripe bananas and mix with melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined.
  4. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  5. Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-1½ inch thick rolls.
  7. Place rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
