Instructions

- Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
