Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and optional cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
