- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions (finely chopped, for garnish)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust heat with more sriracha if desired.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Generously coat the salmon with half the spicy mayo mixture; reserve the rest for serving.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over fillets and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
