- 1 cup light lager beer
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- Grate the cheddar cheese and soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cream cheese with the beer until smooth, stirring frequently.
- Gradually fold in the grated cheddar until fully melted. Add garlic powder and hot sauce to taste.
- Stir in chopped green onions just before serving.
- Serve warm with pretzels, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
