Instructions
- Rinse strawberries under cool water, pat dry, and remove tops. Hollow out the insides gently.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
