  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
  3. Gradually add flour and cinnamon to form a shaggy dough.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  6. Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon with softened butter in a separate bowl.
  7. Roll out the dough, spread the filling evenly, sprinkle with blueberries, roll tightly, cut into slices, and place in a baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and water.
