- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
- Gradually add flour and cinnamon to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon with softened butter in a separate bowl.
- Roll out the dough, spread the filling evenly, sprinkle with blueberries, roll tightly, cut into slices, and place in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and water.
