- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
- While baking, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in hot sauce and smoked paprika until combined.
- Once cooked, transfer wings to a mixing bowl and coat with the hot sauce mixture.
- Serve with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce.
