Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Chop cabbage, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat; add vegetable oil until shimmering.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add ground beef; cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes; cook until cabbage wilts but remains crisp (3-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat; garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
