- 1 pound fresh strawberries (about 15–20 berries)
- 8 ounces high-quality dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 2 ounces white chocolate (for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries gently under cool water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between each interval.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate. Swirl to coat evenly and allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper-lined trays and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens completely.
- Melt white chocolate as before and drizzle over hardened strawberries for an extra touch.
