Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Cut bread into thick strips about one inch wide.
- Dip each strip into the egg mixture until fully coated; allow excess to drip off.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbling.
- Cook the bread sticks in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
