  • 2 tsp coffee extract
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. 3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. 4. Mix in coffee extract thoroughly until fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
