- 9 oz fresh cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add tortellini and cook until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream until combined.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning, stirring gently until spinach wilts.
- Adjust seasoning to taste; serve hot with grated Parmesan on top.
