- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Cooking spray or 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). Peel and slice the bananas into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Arrange banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly coat with cooking spray or oil and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over each slice.
- Bake for about 2 hours until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
