Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; whisk until blended.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; fold gently until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before rolling the cake in a kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese and whipped cream until smooth; spread over the cooled cake, add sliced strawberries, then roll up tightly.
