Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients; stir gently until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and fill the donut pan two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched.
