- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche (plus extra for topping)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Gently fold in half of the dulce de leche into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing. Drizzle remaining dulce de leche on top before serving.
