  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche (plus extra for topping)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Gently fold in half of the dulce de leche into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing. Drizzle remaining dulce de leche on top before serving.
