Instructions

  1. Gather equipment: a medium saucepan and an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. In the saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. If using multiple colors, divide the mixture and add food coloring one drop at a time until desired vibrancy is achieved.
