Instructions
- Prepare your workstation by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced dates and mixed nuts. Add coconut flakes if using.
- Spread the date-nut mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, pressing down gently.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the top before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Once firm, cut into pieces and enjoy!
