Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the heat-treated flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add milk to the butter mixture while mixing until smooth.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until combined.
- Fold in the M&Ms until evenly distributed.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
