Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas into thick rounds (about ½ inch).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted and smooth.
- Dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate until fully coated, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle your desired toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy straight from there!
