Ingredients
- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
- Toppings (optional): Chopped nuts or granola
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined. If using cocoa powder, add it now and mix until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment evenly.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the mold and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
