- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 4 large tortillas (whole wheat recommended)
- 2 cups fresh vegetables (lettuce and diced tomatoes)
- ½ cup yogurt sauce or ranch dressing
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, and cumin in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, then shred the chicken using two forks.
- Lay tortillas on a clean surface. Spread sauce evenly across each wrap.
- Add shredded chicken and fresh veggies generously on each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from one end to another.
