- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean your workspace and gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute until fragrant.
- Mix in dried Italian herbs and grated parmesan cheese into the beef mixture. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into small circles (about 4 inches wide).
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold over and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Arrange sealed bombs on a greased baking sheet. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic over each bomb.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
