Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, melted butter (2 tbsp), olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and half of the grated Parmesan until well combined.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour the garlic sauce over it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
