  • 1 yellow bell pepper (150g)
  • 1 medium red onion (100g)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (60ml)
  • 2 tbsp honey (30g)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (3g)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (30ml)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
