- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set and centers remain soft; allow to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
