- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Gradually stir in almond milk until combined; the mixture should be thick but creamy.
- Gently fold in mixed berries.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares for serving.
