- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches and raspberries with granulated sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture in an ungreased baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
