- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and mixed berries. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and toss gently to coat.
- In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit juices are bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving, ideally with vanilla ice cream.
