- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh peaches
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches into the cookie dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced two inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on wire racks before serving.
