Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut circles (4-5 inches in diameter) using a cookie cutter or cup.
- On one half of each circle, place a spoonful of cheese and desired toppings, ensuring not to overfill.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pressing edges firmly to seal.
- Brush each pocket with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
