- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 3 large Eggs
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, eggs, and melted butter until combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold into the cookie batter gently.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Once cooled, frost generously with remaining cream cheese mixture.
