Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, dried fruit, and chocolate chips.
- Add peanut butter and honey; mix until you have a sticky dough.
- Scoop portions into the prepared tray, pressing firmly to shape into bars or squares.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
