Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools like mixing bowls and a spatula.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into small balls and smash them into thin patties on the hot skillet.
- Season the patties with chili powder and cumin while cooking until browned.
- Add shredded cheddar on top of each patty during the last minute, covering with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet until soft.
- Assemble tacos by placing a cheesy patty inside each tortilla and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
